I am JaMar ‘That Raises the Bar’ Conic, the youngest Multi-Million Dollar Producing Realtor in the state of Arkansas.

I started my Real Estate career at the age of 19 in March of 2004 at the ‘then’ largest Real Estate firm in Central Little Rock, which was Rainey Realty, Inc. By December of that same year, I sold well over $1.5 Million in sales, which was unheard of… Since, I’ve handled well over $15 Million in Volume in Real Estate transactions.

Arkansas faced it’s most difficult year in Real Estate during the 2010 Recession, many companies even had to close their doors. However, I closed over $3 Million in sales for 2010 alone.

I am a very Creative person and my passion shows in my work. My Senior year of High School, I was honored by Delta Sigma Theta Inc., as “Entrepreneur of The Year”. I graduated in the Top 25 percent of my class from Hall High School at the age of 17.

Initially I was the recipient of a full scholarship for the Art Institute of Dallas for Fashion Design; however, while I was academically ready, I was not mentally prepared to leave home. Following graduation I took a position as a Service Rep for Cingular Wireless, instantly becoming a “Star Performer”.

Deran Ford is an Arkansas licensed Real Estate agent, serving the community of Central Arkansas and surrounding areas.

He holds a background in government relations and has experience in residential and commercial real estate, along with property management. Ford enjoys working with homebuilders and his clients on new constructions, existing homes, foreclosures, short-sells, commercial acquisitions, and assisting clients in all aspects of the real estate profession.

He also serves the community in several professional capacities, and he remains eager to assist clients in all real estate transactions throughout the community and state.
